You might notice that sometimes I list “organic” ingredients and other times I do not. I don’t subscribe to the idea that all ingredients have to be organic. There are some produce items that should be purchased organic (such as strawberries, spinach, tomatoes.) While others generally have very little pesticides and it doesn’t make much sense to spend the extra money (bananas, avocado). Keep checking back for a list of items I recommend purchasing organic and those that you can skip. When I purchase items that my young toddler will be consuming, I try to get organic, but, again, not everything on the table is organic.
